Food and Exercise Log

What am I eating and is it making me fat? Do I really workout regularly or is it just in my head? I guess we'll find out in 2009.

DINNER: ($0)
- 1/3 of a rotisserie chicken
- romaine salad (cucumber, tomato, carrot, green onion)
- scalloped potatoes

I know why my spare tire grows: when something tastes good and I'm hungry, I overindulge.  I couldn't control myself so I feel too full now.  I can guarantee that I will go up one pound in my weigh-in tomorrow morning.
