Food and Exercise Log

What am I eating and is it making me fat? Do I really workout regularly or is it just in my head? I guess we'll find out in 2009.

DINNER:
- turkey burger
- chicken thigh
- potato salad
- green salad

LUNCH:
none

SNACKS:
- spinach dip and bread
- corn chili and tortilla chips
- guacamole
- lots of beers, a couple mojitos, and a several shots of vodka

We saw fireworks, yay! Of course I indulged on July 4th - good thing we went for a workout in the morning.
