Food and Exercise Log

What am I eating and is it making me fat? Do I really workout regularly or is it just in my head? I guess we'll find out in 2009.

DINNER
- spaghetti with turkey meat sauce
- steamed green beans and carrots

SNACKS
- popcorn
- macadamia nuts
- a couple chicken wings

LUNCH
- half a turkey sandwich
- couple chicken wings
- some chips

BREAKFAST
- half an egg, cheese quesadilla
