What am I eating and is it making me fat? Do I really workout regularly or is it just in my head? I guess we'll find out in 2009.

To get a grip on what I'm stuffing in my face and be more sensible. Hopefully get a regular workout schedule - maybe even pick up some sports that I've dropped in the last few years.
